You can access a library of classes online if you aren’t able to attend in person.
SOCIAL DISTANCING AND HYGIENE
Do not attend class if you are unwell
Shower before coming to class
Use the sanitiser provided near the entrance door as you come into class or wash your hands with soap and water
Use respiratory etiquette to catch your cough or sneeze in the bend of your elbow, or in a tissue to be disposed of immediately
Wipe down or spray with disinfectant any props that you use, including chairs.
The Yoga school is cleaned on a daily basis.

Stephanie will be teaching a non-residential retreat for Levels 1-3 students at our Stirling Studio.
There will be yoga classes on offer each morning over three consecutive days.
9:30am – 11:30am
Feel free to attend all 3 morning classes, or simply an individual class during our Summer Intensive Non-Residential Retreat.

Located in the oldest winery of the Clare Valley, Sevenhill Retreat centre is an idyllic setting to rejuvenate, recuperate, reflect and re-energise yourself mentally and physically.
In this workshop we will look at postures that help to free up the hips and groin muscles, strengthen the shoulders and open the chest. Suitable for students with a minimum of 6 months yoga experience.
Celebrate this new milestone with us opening our new location! We will have a lovely grazing table on offer with light refreshments & beverages!
Currently, India is going through an extremely challenging time during the COVID-19 pandemic. With COVID cases continuing to soar, Hills Yoga school would like to do what we can to help those in a terrible situation. We will be working with Iyengar Yoga Australia & our contacts to ensure that the money gets to this community and the people who need it during these tough times.

Tara Hills Retreat Centre is set amongst rolling hills, large gum trees and abundant bird life, situated just past Nairne in the Adelaide Hills.

The start of the new year is the time we often set intentions or resolutions for ourselves. This early morning intensive will help you focus on setting your intentions. This will provide you with an opportunity to consolidate your yoga practice and notice the changes within your mind and body.

Time: 6.30am – 8.15am
Cost: $85 for all three mornings or $35 for individual classes.
