Our Beginners Course is a professionally constructed 6-week introduction to the main postures, recommended for students with little or no yoga experience.

6 Weeks commencing Tuesday, 7th March, 6:30pm - 7:30pm.
Bookings essential. Minimum of 8 students for a course to proceed.
