As this very challenging year draws to a close may we give thanks for the gift of Yoga in our lives. It is our love of Yoga that unites us as a community and gives us the mental strength and fortitude to cope with unwanted change. I’d like to give special thanks to Johanna Paddick, who has made the decision to focus on her Uni work next year and will no longer be teaching classes.
